Random run-ins

I was just about to go to bed. I wanted to check my email for any last messages from a friend who is visiting tomorrow from L.A.. Instead, I find a Blogger invite to a private page. No name. Nothing on the profile. For reasons I could only imagine, this person wants to remain hidden.

All you need to know is that I consider you as someone important in my life.

That's good enough for me. There have been comments on this person's first entry trying to figure out who it may be. From the people who commented, I could make a guess at who it might be. But I'd rather not. The mystery of it all is fun and I'm going to enjoy it as long as I can.

In other randomness...Last night I was surfing the internet, going from link to link to link to link. I end up on mtvchi.com. And I see an old friend on the front page, on a dating show!!! I immediately IMed him (he never sleeps) and confirmed it. He didn't even know the picture was online!
