Keeping my head up

Bulleted update:

• 5 days until the big one.
• Last weekend was my bachelor party in Vegas. Still recovering.
• Parents are here. Future parents arriving tomorrow.
• New DSLR in the mail from future parents! Say Word!
• Still catching up on old notes. Preventing me from stressing out properly about wedding.
• Haven't played Halo or watched a football match in ages.
• Raiders won me some money in Vegas. First place?!!?!

To try to keep centered, I'm trying to do things to keep me laughing. These three videos always make me smile. (kinda says something that 2 out of 3 videos are of babies) Enjoy. Wish me luck. Send over good vibes.

Recovering from Halo

I stayed up until midnight playing Halo 3. That may not sound like much to a lot of you, but I've waking up at 6 every morning for the past 2 weeks. My body is programmed to wake me up around that time no matter what time I go to bed. Which leaves me to how I'm feeling now. A big M-E-H.

I'll spare you the details about the video game itself because I'm sure you're already sick of the Halo hype. I have to admit, though, I had a good time last night. I was getting housed left and right. I was hesitant to play online because I knew that Halo addicts would be storming the servers. But to my delight I got 4 kills in my first match. Godawful for most folks, but an amazing start for me. It all went downhill from there, but I can't wait to get back on.
